I have been working in C# and Unity for the last 10 years. I pride myself as a collaborator above all else and strive to enable my team to make the best game possible. I aim to give them the best systems, and the best tools that I can. I focus not only on creating robust, stable, and readable code but on making sure that code fits the needs of those who will be working with it. I always think through the design of what I'm building to be sure that it upholds our vision for the game. To that end, when appropriate, I seek to be active in design discussions and provide relevant feedback. Finally, I believe the key to success is communication, empathy, and respect between all team members.
